Accessibility Statement
We are committed to making ServiceReach usable for everyone, regardless of ability or technology.
Accessibility is ongoing work
ServiceReach strives to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines help us ensure that our scheduling software is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users.
Accessibility is not a one-time effort. We continuously review and improve our platform to remove barriers and provide an inclusive experience for service businesses and their customers.
Current accessibility features
Semantic HTML
We use proper heading hierarchies, landmark regions, lists, and native form elements so assistive technologies can accurately convey page structure.
Keyboard navigation
All interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard. Focus indicators are visible throughout the application and marketing site.
ARIA labels
Where native semantics are insufficient, we use ARIA attributes to provide additional context for screen readers, including labels for navigation, forms, and interactive components.
Color contrast
Text and interactive elements are designed to meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratio requirements. We avoid conveying information through color alone.
Screen reader support
We test with common screen readers to ensure content and functionality are conveyed clearly, including form validation messages and status updates.
Responsive design
ServiceReach works across devices and screen sizes. Content reflows without horizontal scrolling at up to 400% zoom in the browser.
Known limitations
We have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit. While we follow WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines during development, some areas may not yet fully conform. Known limitations include:
- Map components: Interactive maps used for route visualization and provider location rely on third-party libraries that may have limited screen reader support. We provide text-based alternatives where possible.
- PDF and CSV exports: Exported reports may not include full accessibility markup. We are working to improve this.
- Third-party embedded content: Some integrations (e.g., payment processing via Stripe) are managed by external providers and may have their own accessibility limitations.
We are actively working to identify and address gaps. If you encounter a barrier, please let us know.
