About ServiceReach

Scheduling software built around a simple idea

What if appointments clustered by location automatically—without a dispatcher, without route software, without anyone rearranging the schedule every morning?

Overview

What ServiceReach is

ServiceReach is a web-based platform designed for mobile service businesses—any company where providers travel to customer locations to perform work.

The platform's core innovation is a 5-factor scoring algorithm that evaluates every available time slot based on geographic proximity to existing appointments. When a customer books, the most route-efficient slots are presented first. Customers naturally choose efficient times because those are the most convenient and best-priced options available to them.

The result: routes build themselves as the schedule fills, without dispatcher intervention. By the time a provider starts their day, the schedule is already geographically clustered.

Beyond scheduling, ServiceReach includes invoicing and estimates with e-signature approval and Stripe payments, virtual services with auto-generated Google Meet links, and an AI Receptionist that answers calls 24/7, books appointments, and sends follow-up texts.

ServiceReach is built as a progressive web app. It works on any device with a browser—no app store download required.

The Problem

The problem we solve

Time slots look identical

Traditional scheduling tools treat time slots as interchangeable. A 9 AM across town and a 9 AM around the corner look exactly the same to the customer booking online.

Appointments scatter

Without location awareness at booking time, appointments end up scattered across the service area. This wastes 2–3 hours of driving per provider per day.

Route tools can only do so much

Route optimization tools try to fix scatter after the fact, but reordering appointments that are already scattered across the map can only recover a fraction of the wasted time.

Prevention beats correction

ServiceReach prevents scatter at the point of booking. Instead of rearranging a bad schedule, it ensures a good schedule is built from the start.
